LEGACY ONE PROGRAM - a transition program involving the sale of 100% of a dental practice in which there is none to minimal time spent together by the Purchaser and Seller following the purchase/sale of a practice.

LEGACY TWO PROGRAM - a transition program involving the sale of 100% of a dental practice in which there is a period of one to several years spent together by the Purchaser and Seller following the purchase/sale of a practice.

LEGACY THREE PROGRAM - transition programs involving the sale of between 25% to 100% of a dental practice in which there is a period of seven or more years spent together by the Purchaser and Seller following the purchase/sale of a practice.

LEGACY FOUR PROGRAM - a transition program which involves the sale of 50% of a dental practice initially with the intent that the remaining 50% will be sold at some undetermined future date.  This program allows benefits to a young doctor by having the ability to purchase the first 50% of the Practice with pre-tax dollars and yet the doctors can terminate the relationship in the future if the relationship is not successful.
