The Methodology consists of the following:
CONSULTATION – a confidential personal meeting between one of our consultants and the potential client to determine the individual’s personal needs (both economic and emotional) as well his or her practice related needs and goals (both from economic as well as managerial perspectives).
ANALYSIS – tools such as a LEGACY Needs Analysis and/or LEGACY Practice Profile assist us in determining the needs of the individual client as well as understanding the opportunity presented or sought, and allow us to evaluate the various options available to meet the needs of the individual.
PLANNING – upon completion of the above, our consultants make sound recommendations with specific transition and management related programs to provide the groundwork for our client to begin the realization of their goals.
IMPLEMENTATION – perhaps most important of all, our consultants assist in and direct the actual implementation of the appropriate programs. By working closely with the transition client, and with other advisors such as attorneys, accountants, or financial planners, we are able to assist the client in the pursuit of “Quality of Life” goals to help their future shine brighter than their past.
